Noon Ceremony at 6th Annual Mayan Day Out of Time Peace Celebration

The Sacred Tzol’kin…

is the 260 day calendar that cycles through 260 different combinations of glyphs and tones. This sacred cycle describes the flow of energies that we experience with coming and passing of each new day.  When one learns how to read the tzolkin, a whole new higher dimensional world is brought into view.  Each glyph or daysign is encoded with light, information, and energy and is accessed as you draw or meditate on its ancient symbol. When you find out your specific galactic signature, you connect to your destiny energy and your cosmic memory begins to get worked on.

The best way to start is to get a Mayan pocket calendar by emailing info@lawoftime.org.  Another way is to read Mary Fran Koppa’s book “The Mayan Calendar Birthday Book”.  The other great book I would recommend is “Mayan Astrology” by Aluna Joy Yaxkin.  If the Mayan glyphs speak to you, I would highly suggest getting a personal Mayan Astrology reading and/or signing up for a Mayan Calendar/Astrology class.  You may do this by going to www.squirrelplanet.org and click on Mayan Classes.

If you would like to find out what glyph and tone you are you can click  here: http://www.13moon.com

Crystal Healing

The crystal grid above is a beautiful carving of Kwan Yin in lavendar jade.  She is surrounded by  other  stones such as aqua lemuria, tibetan quartz,  pink  lazurine and others.  This particular stone array  imparts the energy of compassionate truth.  This grid  lay on the table in a  hotel room in LA during a visit  there.  A portable grid that you can take with you  while  traveling is one way to clear the energy of the  room,  impart an ambiance,  and allow you to sleep  better at  night.  Adding a candle on each side gives  you an  instant altar where you can sit and meditate.  Crystal  grids are an easy way to support yourself on  your  path. They hold the energy you are wanting to  experience and gently bring you back to it when you need a loving reminder.  There are literally hundreds of ways crystals can be your little helpers.  Some of the ways are:  crystal layouts on the chakras,  crystals worn in medicine pouches,  crystal grids on altars,  and  crystals hand held during meditation.  If you are interested in finding out how crystals can enrich your life and raise your awareness, please feel free to contact me.  I am a graduate of Katrina Raphaell’s Academy of Crystal Healing on the island of Kauai.  You can make an appointment for a crystal healing by calling me (Julie) at 512-448-2374.

You already have everything you need to live in heaven……. December 23, 2009

If you are looking for a way to live in heaven, this site is for you.  Heaven is the place you live when you see the world through the eyes of love. If your view is currently causing you pain, you may want to explore ways to change your view.

Reiki is one way. It is a healing modality that raises awareness.  It is the laying on of hands.  A Reiki practitioner is someone that was initiated by a Reiki master. This is done in a sacred ceremony wherein ancient Reiki symbols are imparted into the initiate’s energy field and opens him/her to a greater flow of life force energy.  This universal life force is then directed through the palms of the practitioner’s hands and into the recipient.  This loving energy helps to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain,  brings up to consciousness issues that were previously hidden, and gives the receiver an experience of the Divine as a healing Presence. The Reiki practitioner places their hands on the body in a series of chakra locations and the client relaxes and feels the warmth of the Reiki energy.  It is soothing, healing, comforting and restores well-being.

Deeksha, which is more commonly referred to as the Oneness Blessing,  is also a modality that raises awareness. Like Reiki, it is a laying on of hands, but only to the top of the head.  The blessing giver, like the Reiki practitioner undergoes a specific process and an initiation.  Originally, the initiations were only performed in India, but currently they are being done in most countries around the world.  The initiate is then able to pass on this energy to people.  This transfer of energy or deeksha  opens the frontal lobe of the brain which is responsible for the experience of bliss and oneness. It also quiets the parietal lobe which is responsible for the feeling of separation.  Most importantly, the blessing gives one an experience of the Divine Presence and as a result, the receiver experiences the flowering of the heart.  Receivers report feeling loving compassion and a unity with all life.

As a result of a Reiki/Deeksha session,  a person will experience a heightened awareness.   Most often, areas in the client’s life that were problematic before the session,  are now seen in a higher light. The space opens up to deal with these issues in a loving way.  When problems still remain,  a simple process of inquiry called “the work” is offered. ( See www.thework.com.)

The work is a process of inquiry that originated with Byron Katie in 1986.  After over a decade of depression, she woke up one February morning in the joy of realization.  She understood that when she believed her thoughts she suffered and when she questioned them she didn’t suffer.  From that day on, Katie has traveled the world teaching this simple process.  The Work is an amazing adjunct to absolutely every healing modality and is the fast track to loving what is.

Having worked as a body worker and energy healer for over 26 years, I have found that the “good feeling” after a healing session will last as long as the client’s thinking is clear.  As soon as some kind of confusion sets in, the good feeling goes away.  What happened?  Mind changed.  The loving thoughts the client was thinking  vanished and thoughts of judgement  reappeared and were believed.  In that simple action, believing one’s judgements, heaven was lost.

The good news is that heaven can be retrieved! You can experience the relief of no stress by asking yourself 4 simple questions:

1. Is it true?

2.Can you absolutely know it’s true?

3.What happens, how do you react when you believe that thought?

4.Who would you be without that thought?

Then you turn your troublesome thought around to it’s opposite.

Open your mind and let yourself experience the opposite of what you were believing before.  Does it feel truer?  Your true essence is love and when you believe thoughts that go against your true nature you lose your experience of heaven.  It’s that simple.

You are loved beyond your wildest dreams… December 23, 2009
